Original shot on film. […] Tuesday June 24th, 2014 the storms keep rolling in every afternoon. This was a good one because it came in right after sunset. There were a ton of cloud to cloud and inter-cloud burst. Not my real favorite to shoot. This is a view of lightning bursting out of a thunderhead cloud above a country lake in Southwest Weld County, south of Meade and Berthoud Colorado. […] The sky was lighting up pretty good with big inter-cloud burst. This was the first stop on my storm chase. Big massive storm clouds moving very fast. At this point the lightning strikes were cloud to cloud and inter- cloud. Here is a good example of the monster thunderstorm above me with the bolt just peeking out the center of the storm. […] |
