Colorado Lightning Thunderstorm. This storm came in from the south, I was in North Boulder County and saw it hitting over boulder and the Flatirons. There were four award winning shots that I took with my eyes but could not get a good location to get that shot in time.
It was hitting about every ten to 15 minutes and lightning bolts hit over Boulder about 8 -10 times, good cloud to cloud and to ground strikes. This is a shot above the Boulder City Lights. By the time I got here it started to die and go north. (C) James Bo Insogna.
