Livin and Loving  life in Boulder County from 4,880 feet to 14,256 feet  everything you need is in this area.  And the best part is the weather.  Funny people think it is so cold here and  it snows everyday.  ( High up in the Rocky Mountains)  We do get a few blizzards a year but they are often followed by 60-70 degree days.  We love to keep the snow in the mountains where Colorado skiing and snow boarding is the BEST in the West!   Over 300 days of sunshine a year and as they say…  “if you don’t like the weather here… just wait ten minutes”  because it’s always changing.   Incredible year round sunrises, sunsets and lightning thunderstorms in the Summer.  Over 99,000 acres of open space.  Hope you enjoy!
